What we need from you
Field data collection and the utility fault current letter. Since we don't attend site, equipment nameplate data, conductor lengths and one-line verification come from your team. We build the model, run the study, and produce the report and labels for your review and seal. Study method and software are confirmed in the proposal; where you need native SKM output, we work on your seat with your written authorization.
Energy compliance
Energy code compliance, in any U.S. jurisdiction
We work to the code edition your AHJ has actually adopted, not a generic model code, and deliver the
completed forms with the set for your seal.
IECC and ASHRAE 90.1 states
COMcheck prescriptive path, or the performance path via energy modeling. Envelope, mechanical and interior lighting compliance forms, prepared to the adopted edition.
California — Title 24
Title 24 Part 6 documentation. Certificates of compliance for mechanical, indoor lighting and envelope, prepared in EnergyPro on our own license.
Florida
Florida Building Code Energy Conservation forms, prepared to the current edition and issued with the mechanical package.
Local amendments and stretch codes are confirmed at proposal stage. If your jurisdiction runs its own forms, tell us before you commit and we’ll confirm in writing whether we can produce them.
After issue
We don't disappear at CD
The weeks after a set is issued are when most firms need help and most outside teams have already moved on. We stay on the project.
Submittal review
Equipment submittals and shop drawings checked against the specified basis of design and the schedules. Marked up with exceptions noted, returned for your sign-off.
RFI responses
Drafted responses with the revised detail or sketch attached. Where an RFI turns on field conditions, you supply the observation and we draft from it.
Plan review comments
AHJ comments addressed, drawings revised, deferred submittals coordinated, and a response letter drafted for your review and signature.
Everything here is drafted for your review and issued under your seal. You remain the decision-maker on every response; we do the work behind it.
